Interview process spanned over two months. Two phone interviews, a 3 hour in person interview where I met with 5-6 people, then I was quickly asked to come in to meet with one more person. After that I was ghosted and never heard back even after sending a follow up email.

The interviewers were incredibly knowledgeable and asked thought-provoking questions that demonstrated their deep understanding of the role and their commitment to finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate. They actively listened to my responses, engaging in meaningful discussions that made me feel like my opinions and perspectives were genuinely valued.
