Interview
The process took three hours. It is very overwhelming. Including resume check, technical questions, and behavior questions. Surprisingly, they took almost one hour on behavior questions. Behavior questions are so many. Seems they wanted an easy-going employee.

Interview
1st: SAS Tech screening (1 hour) -> 2nd: interview with the manager, manager of SAS programmer, and CEO. (1.5 hours) -> 3rd: interview with HR director. The process is quick and smooth.
