Simple, 1 phone screening then interview with manager. Total process was about 3 weeks with background checks. At the time they did seem a little desperate for new hires. Got the offer in email.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EDSI (Fayetteville, NC) in Jul 2018
Interview
Phone interview, then face to face, Two people in the room, both very warm, welcoming and personable. I felt very comfortable speaking to them. I'm not sure why there has to be a 30 word minimum here because I dont need thirty words to describe the process
I applied online. I interviewed at EDSI in Feb 2022
Interview
A scheduled high level basics i.e. do b you have a car. Then a first round interview is scheduled. The person scheduling was an admin person. They did not complete the task efficiently.

Question 1
It was that the interview was difficult the person scheduling did not notify me of the appointment. So I get the call from the person from EDSI out of the blue. I explained it wasn't on my calendar and it was scheduled the next day but it seemed I was operating at a deficit. It was uncomfortable.
The interview process was very professional. I went through a pre-screen phone call, another phone call that lasted about thirty minutes, and finally had an interview with a program director. Their questions were based mostly on my experience and how I have handled situations in the past. Overall was a great experience.
