Interview
Most people had two stages of interviews, about one hour each. I only had one interview but it was rather lengthy and done via Skype because I couldn't make it to the city for my interview. Very comfortable setting and friendly interviewer, done by the manager and not HR.

A lot of hypotheticals based on real life scenarios - "Say you're with a group of 20 students doing yoga at the Frog Pond. One student drops to the ground and starts having a seizure. What do you do?"
