First, I had a brief phone conversation with the recruiter. They asked me to describe some of my experiences and useful skills. She then explained that there were two positions available and the details of each of those, and asked which interested me more. Then we discussed good times for an in person interview, and she said she would get back to me within two days to verify the interview time and date.
However, I did not hear back from her until the day before the interview, after I contacted her, to tell me that that date would not work, and so we rescheduled.
Finally, I went into the office where I met with four different people individually in a conference room: 3 for one of the jobs available and the fourth from the other available post. They simply asked me why I wanted the job, what useful skills I could contribute, to describe a time when I dealt with failure, and to describe times when I had dealt with people who were worked up, and how I handled that situation.
