In-person interview after emailing resume. Sat in a lobby with others to interview, which wasn't too stressful all things considered. The interview is pretty easy if you have any EFL experience.

A skype meeting with the director of recruitment. He asked questions about how I handle a stressful situation, why I wanted to move to Indonesia. Fairly easy questions, the interview lasted 25 minutes.

30 minutes phone call screening then in person interview with a panel. Friendly and encouraging interviewers. Overall the process took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when I had my final interview

So easy it was more like a sales pitch. Be prepared to talk about experience with children. It was over zoom, so have good internet.
