For my 3rd round interview I went in for a 4 hour interview, meeting with 8 different people. Unfortunately, only 2 of those people had any insight into the position I was applying for and just chatted with me about their favorite podcasts and local activities. It was very excessive considering the employees' lack of involvement in the relative field.
