Simple phone interview. It was the first step in a three step process. 1.) Phone Interview 2.) Group Interview 3.) One on One interviews. The interviewer was very nice and encouraging through out the entire interview. She made it easy to talk to her. The conversation was about 20 minutes and then she explained the next steps in the interview process.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.

The portion with a sales trainer was a mock sales call where I had to pretend to call them and start off a sales call.
