submit resume, short interview with Academic director, orientation, teacher observation. I sent my resume via email. I received an email from the Academic director and we met 1:1 to discuss the job and she asked me questions about my previous experience, classroom management, expectations, etc.

The interview was great. The interviewer mentioned everything needed to conduct an interview properly. He mentioned the benefits and what the company does as a whole. He explained the pros and cons of the company

The interviewer asked simple and direct questions to know if you have some knowledge in teaching others. Information was given that helps a new employee understand the next step. Files were e-mailed to further supplement a new hiree.
