Interviewed for a position that was $18/hr and “entry level.” It was 3 steps and unnecessarily long for an entry level position paying that much. It included a phone interview, a zoom interview, and a project.

How do you manage self care and what happens if you can’t get all your work done in a day?
neutral, but also quickly to interview, the whole process is normal and friendly ,but sometime its make me feel unprofessional just as a KPI interview. Totally no special and difficult happen or experience.

Interview was fine with common questions, but they asked me back for a second interview only to say the person they wanted me to speak with wasn't there. So we rescheduled and then they ghosted me.
