Jumped through a lot of hoops. I went through three stages of interview across four weeks, the final one mentioning what my next stage will be. An interviewer during the final stage also said that multiple regional directors really wanted me. However, after two weeks of absolute silence from EF, I finally got an email addressed to "candidate" saying that I did not receive an offer.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
