I thought this would be a great opportunity. It is a bit disheartening that they don't value a candidates time or effort and are unwilling to provide feedback. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, all which seemed to have been great. I was told throughout the process that they really liked me and were considering making an offer. I was strung along for weeks and they don't even have the decency to provide feedback on why they passed on me as a candidate. At least have the courtesy to show candidates that you respect their time and effort spent on the interviews and the preparation done for the interviews. I had the 3rd round interview with the director, which was also about an hour long. I was required to be on video while he did not show the same level of respect, which felt very one-sided.
I applied online. I interviewed at EMCOR (Millwood, WA)
Interview
Good Process, three interviews: Phone, Manager then panel. Received an offer but did not accept as relocation package was not offered. Emcor is a big company and it seems like divisions operate separately with no unity.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EMCOR (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was brief, but to the point and the questions were predictable and easily addressable. Most of the employees are military or ex-military in the Cincinnati region. Would recommend this company.
