Interview was very easy. It was first an in-person meeting with the owners to understand my sales background. The second interview was working on the floor during the weekend and looking at my customer interactions.

Easy interview experience! Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. They want passionate people in the industry who love fashion. They took my resume and called me that same week asking me to come in for an interview.
