Interview
I was initially screened by the owner. Then I was invited for an on-site interview with several team members from various departments. Each meeting was scheduled for 45 minutes. During the on-site interview I was asked to take a Caliper Personality Test.
Everyone was very kind and respectful. I left the interview with a good sense of what the job requirements where and with a better understanding of the culture at Encon.

Interview
First, comes the 2 hour on line personality test, then a long 6 hour interview process. Plan on being there well past lunch. Some execs are remote. The facility is dingy and poorly maintained. Carpets with embedded stains, different colored cubicles, and outdated computers, projectors, phones are indicative of a company that may have cash flow problems.
