Like the speed of a startup but the stability of a larger company? During my interview with Ecova's Retroficiency team they seem to be cultivating that type of work environment well. The interview process included meeting six core people to the role I would be filling: the Product Manager, VP of Product, Front-End Development Lead, One of the original Founders of Retroficiency, the current UX Designer (contract) and an outside product consultant. It was clear each of them had a passion for the product and it's impact on customers, collaboration with all divisions was embraced and egos seemed to be left at the door. The Boston office takes up a full floor and is expanding into a second - with standup, walking desks and appeared to be flexible about letting people work from home.
