The process involved a series of 3 virtual calls with team members part of the country team senior management.
Lastly I had an interview with my future Supervisor before getting the job offer.

Interview
The interview was a three round process, and each interviewer apparently wanted something different. So it was a bit difficult to understand who was actually hiring and what they wanted in terms of new employee.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ENGIE in Jul 2022
Interview
The HR manager gave the first interview which was mostly about scope of role. The hiring manager gave the second interview, both were virtual. The hiring manager did not follow up.
