45 minute interview with two ux designers that started with fairly standard questions about my background and required a walkthru of one of my portfolio pieces. Pros: Flexible and were able to accommodate my chaotic schedule Offered feedback on interview performance when asked Cons: Never recieved follow-up from recruiter to answer to answer some initial questions I had about the team makeup before my interview When asked why I was dropped from consideration, I was told that they were looking for a more "mid level" designer. When I pointed out to them that I was supposed to be interviewed for the "lead & senior" role their response was "unfortunately team selected senior candidate that was a little more advanced in process, while you were in interview process".
