Interview
the CEO is a very candid and big-picture person. Yet, he's very meticulous on the 'doing' part. So don't try to fool around, cheat or sugar coat, he can pick up easier and will drill further. Other than that, what he really interested too is the personality and character of the candidate. He seems to have genuine interest in 'who are you'? And 'how are you living your life'? It seems like he's looking for people with a good attitude and integrity. Quite inspired after the interview to have met someone who is genuinely keen to grow together.
