      .NET Developer Interview

      29 May 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Manila, Manila
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ERNI (Manila, Manila) in Aug 2017

      Interview

The recruitment process is divided into three parts: 1. Technical examination and HR interview. Questions such as the ones I listed below will be asked. 2. Technical interview with the manager. Questions related to the position will be asked by the manager. 3. Managing director interview and job offer. This is just basically any discussion that needs to be cleared out. In my case, I was hired on August but I requested to start working on November because there was a project in my current company that I had to finish first.
