Some consultant called me, he said he found my CV on indeed, got the telephone interview with him and arranged face to face interview. I met someone who claimed he is HRBP and he said he is the one who is doing all the administration now it is his time to go with the executive, this made me confused he was saying he is HRBP but doing administration job. He looked at me down he tot that I dont know nothing as I am CIPD level 5 qualified, when I explained to him in regards to TUPE, collective agreement, redundancy I have done beyond my job description, I can see he felt threaten by me. He keep saying because we have so many benefit that is why we dont offer big salary! They way he questioned me is really unprofessional, he looked down at me! Like i dunno nothing. It was totally different from what I have been told on the phone,. He talk so much! Just always cut me in the middle, like i said he dont like me to have so many knowledge! The person who open me the door was so unfriendly. I dunno it might be just my experience, might be different if you are from their area
