2. Hiring Manager will check your skills and knowledge about excel functions, vba programming, report automation, database management etc.
3. If you passed then HR will contacted you for JO
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EXL Service in Oct 2023
Interview
Passed the initial interview with the recruiter.
Passed the technical exam.
Passed the final panel interview.
As a final step, the company requested my payslip, indicating their intention to proceed with the job offer, which is anticipated within the next 5-7 business days. However, I didn't receive any JO. It has been a month now.

Tests are Easy. Hr team is not supportive.
Sometimes typing test can be taken.
Too much show off.
Results are based on manager interaction only.
Whole process can take 2 days.
Don't trust to hr regarding openings, their main target to fullfil those positions firstly for that candidate are not available easily. Hr team is not concern about your qualifications and interest area.
