Interview
Started with a intro call from the Recruiter who was super nice and helpful. She fully explained what are the steps in the interview process which included a video call with the Hiring Manager, C-Executive person and other members of the team
During the HM call, the manager is actually a PM that doesn't seem to have any managerial/CS experience. The interview was rather broad where he kept interrupting me when I was giving examples to the questions he asked so I found that very rude
Based on the feel of the interview above, it seems like the role is rather more technical than what was posted on the job description so be careful. This is not a standard Customer Support role from what it seems and rather more on the Product/Technical side so be prepared
On the bright side, they move rather quickly which is nice so you don't have to wait weeks for an update if you got to the next round or not
