EarnIn Software Engineer interview questions

The interview went very well and was very professional. For me, the company based in Bangkok seems like a family gathering and personal relationship, or it is in the group circle from college or previous employer. Very collectivism-based. This is understandable in terms of heavy cultural issues, but it's not as good as global employer branding.

Applied through LinkedIn. 1. HR screening interview, 2. Technical Interview, starting with behavioral questions like what's your biggest achievement? then the technical part using an external platform like leetcode, it was easy but at the beginning it wasn't clear even when I asked a bunch of questions, their answer was the same, they mainly expected that I would solve something the same way as the interviewer. I got the email rejection like 2 weeks after that last interview.
