Interview was casual, sat with owner in the front store location. The interview overall went well, they even said I seemed like a great fit for the role. I was honest that I had some shoulder pain at another job which was incredibly repetitive. They said they would call me on the Wednesday of the next week, but this never happened. I waited a few more days and then followed up myself. I left a voicemail, and waited another week until they sent an email to say I wouldn't get the job due to my past shoulder pain.
