I interviewed at East Coast Institute For Research (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Felt like I was being prescreened to see if I’m black or not. Screener did most of the talking and asked no questions. Needless to say i did not get a call back even though I was clearly over qualified.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at East Coast Institute For Research (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2022
Interview
There were several phone interviews with various levels of the team I would be working with. There were strange questions and several people who didn't participate in the interview at all. It seemed as though people were afraid to talk. I got a very strange vibe about the dynamics of the team after the second interview, and by the third interview I was no longer interested in working with this company.

Question 1
Someone asked if I have children. I thought that was odd and inappropriate.

Any was very rude and not understanding of the technical difficulties with the technology they use. She also asked questions during the presentation that made it clear her scope of work was not clear and complete. In the end, it showed that they are behind with current technology, poor communicators and rude. No team mentality. I would never want to work with these ladies.
