Interview was very informal, where they just have a chat with you, however, process of reviewing was bad. Skill were not properly assessed as the interview was just a conversation about life. Understand that there is a need to find someone who has experience, however, it should be properly communicate in advertisements. Had to contact them to ask them if I will get a reply, no reason was given.

Very straight forwarded interview and prompt but the HR and upper management team are unorganized and unpredictable
After rounds of negotiation on package and was verbally agreed to it suddenly it was no longer available and was offered a much lower rate. Employment contract lacks clarification and transparency and could not commit to what was verbally agreed.
