I had a disappointing experience with the interview process at EazyML. The company conducted more than four rounds of interviews without clearly communicating the exact requirements or expectations for the role.
After investing significant time and effort in multiple interview rounds, I was informed that my profile was not a match for the position. This raises the question of why such a conclusion could not have been reached during the initial screening, first interview, or even the second and third rounds.
Additionally, the response time was quite slow, with more than seven days of waiting for feedback. The overall process felt unstructured and resulted in a considerable waste of time for the candidate.
I would recommend that the company define its requirements more clearly and evaluate candidate fit earlier in the process to avoid unnecessary rounds and delays. Overall, a very disappointing candidate experience.
