The interview consisted of several questions about myself and my experience. I also got to learn more about the role and see if I would be a good fit at Echo. I felt respected throughout the interview process, even though I didn't get an offer.

Question 1
Which rotation of the program do you have the most experience in? Which are you most interested in?
During the in-person interview, I got a tour of the office and saw the facilities. Then I shadowed a few sales reps and talked one on one with the team’s manager.

Interview
I had a phone interview scheduled for Aug 7th at 9:30 am but something within my family came up early that morning so I canceled it and rescheduled it for the following week. About 30 minutes after I rescheduled it this lady wanted to send me an email saying the position had been filled... stop wasting people's time because that's all this was. There is no way you filled the position that quickly and this was only supposed to be a phone screening
