Interview
Two rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager, one with the company owner. First round was virtual, second round was virtual with option for in-person. Overall process took around 2 weeks.
The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The first round is with the hiring manager. The second round is with the company’s founder. They asked questions about background as well as behavioral questions.
Two rounds, first found is manager second round is CEO, went on well. The process took around 2 weeks before the offer is given. The interview asked for my background in the resume.
