Interview
The first stage was an online math test. It was 50 questions in 5 minutes, a variety of different mental math problems were on the Exam. The next 2 rounds were phone interviews with different members of the trading team

There were a lot of probability questions. Not the typical brainteasers that you can find in a book or online
The interview process was fairly standard, 3 rounds of phone interviews with various technical and fit questions. There were a good amount of questions relating to my direct experience in various products

"Describe a complex technical problem you solved where you had to navigate incomplete information, perhaps during a production incident where latency spikes were observed. What was your hypothesis-driven process, the specific actions you took to diagnose the bottleneck, and how did you document your findings to help the next engineer who might face a similar issue?"
The process was chill, with first phone screen being technical probability questions. Second round was market making game which was difficult. I didn’t pass this round. The company is small with just 30 traders in Chicago office
