I applied online. I interviewed at Educated Change (Hersham, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very friendly and systematic approach. Even though I didn't pass after 2nd round but I had a good interview experience. I had a casual meeting with the team in US through video call then, a team in the UK.

What did you learn from working in your current industry?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Educated Change (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2023
Interview
A huge disappointment. I had four interviews and a content creation test. They told me I was one of their top choices, only to have them say in the LAST of my four interviews, that they'd only be willing to pay me roughly HALF of what I was asking. I expected a little bit of negotiation on the salary, as that often happens in interviews. However, they knew my salary requirements from the very first interview, so a few questions and comments come to mind. 1. Why waste my time, and their own for that matter, if you can't afford me to begin with? 2. Good luck finding someone who will take minimum wage pay for an Associate-level position (3-5 years experience). 3. Perhaps not everyone was on the same page about my salary preference, so maybe you need to work on your company’s communication. 4. Was the low salary just a way to deter me from wanting the role, to avoid telling me that I didn’t get it? Wanna know what’s worse than being rejected – a liar.
