Preparatory phone call, then interview during which I gave a short presentation. Questions were mostly the standard sort, with a few geared to the area in which I would have been working.
But I also had to do an online assessment in the form of a series of computer games, described as "[a] behaviour-based, psychometric assessment [which] provides a fair and objective way to help us understand your natural strengths and preferences. ... to create a holistic view of your suitability for the organisational culture at Eduserv. This new form of assessment collects over 3,000 data points. It is a fair and reliable psychometric assessment the output of which can be mapped to workplace competencies." This is the first time I have encountered anything like this and I remain unconvinced!
