The interview process is very fair. The recruiter as well knowledgeable about the services provide by the company, and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. The meeting to go through how to use the OPI and VRI platform and test was even better. The person is excellent setting everything up and going step by step on all details of the platform. It made me feel very confident on the quality of service they offer, and pleased now be offering my services through them.

The interview was done over video conference with one of the schedulers and a follow-up on-boarding call with a supervisor. It consisted of a general inquiry regarding past interpreting experience, followed by a description of the type of assignments generally offered by the agency.
