I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Electric Pen in Apr 2022
Interview
They make you interview with a recruiter who doesn’t know the companies culture, or environment. If you impress the 3rd party recruiter, you would meet with the owner, then team to see if you’re a fit. They don’t follow up if you aren’t selected, which seems to be a bad practice in todays recruitment process. You have to follow-up with the recruiter to figure it out. That alone, shows lack of real world empathy within this current job market, and economy. I wanted to make others aware!

Question 1

I interviewed here a bit ago and asked for salary that is well within industry standards and asked me to leave without even conducting interview, the process was extremely rude and a waste of time.

Interview
Applied online. Interviewed in person. They required that I leave my portfolio. Would not mail it back. When I went to pick it up at least 20+ other portfolio's were spread out on display in the open work area. Had the feeling they were not only comparing the work but also looking for ideas.
