They first send me a test in order to know if I was suitable for the job, after the test they conducted a telephone interview. It was in Spanish and in English, but tha's because I'm from Spain, I guess if you are not a Spaniard they'll conduct the interview only in English. The general tone of the interview was pretty informal. There were too people, one person spoke to me in Spanish and the other in English. They asked me if I knew what I'd do in this job, how I react to certain issues (if I encounter a bug, if I miss something, how I work in groups, and so on), what games I play, what platforms, they told me to list three EA games and tell them if I've played them, the genres I like the most and why and what are the cualitties of a good tester. In general it wasn't difficult and the interviewers were very nice people. Actually, my interview waasn't that good I think, however, one month later they contacted me to offer me the job.
