There were 2 round of interview. selected in both but when its time come for offer letter they have no budget or poor management. They should apply internal control for there HR policy. don not waste you time and effort to apply this company.

First we have a HR round through telephonic and then after manager round which is One on one and finally we have BU head round with is mostly for Notice period negotiation.
