The pay rate was lower than what was originally agreed upon, and certain job expectations and duties were different from what was described. This was disappointing, as it created a sense of mistrust and unmet expectations. I would advise future candidates to ask very specific questions, request written confirmation of pay and role details, and make sure everything discussed is documented before accepting an offer. The interview itself was fine — but the follow-through after hiring did not reflect the same level of integrity that was presented during the process.
