Interview
It was one round, with a panel of two interviewers. The interview was purely competency based. The interview had no technical element. Applying was quite simple and the interview was 30 minutes and quite straightforward, too.
Interview with two mentors, lasted about an hour. asked behavior questions and questions about what my future plans were, and if i was interested in a future career at Lilly.
