      Diabetes Sales Representative Interview

      13 May 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company

      Interview

Predictable--phone interview and then face to face with 2 managers. Questions were situational and interviewers were good. It did take quite some time to hear back and I wish the process would have moved a bit faster.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Oct 2018

      Interview

After speaking with a recruiter once, I was moved to an on-site interview that was panel style with 2 interviewers. The recruiter was extremely helpful and respectful throughout the entire process. The interviewers on the other hand seemed like they were on a power trip to be interviewing. They were extremely condescending and mentioned multiple times how my experince didn’t align. Had they not seen my resume until that point? What a waste of everyone’s time. Every answer I gave and even my intro about myself, they cut me off on. This was my second time interviewing with Eli Lilly. The first time in process, I had nothing but positive things to say about the interviewers. This time, I was happy I did not receive an offer as I would not have worked under such disrespectful people. Whats ironic is that they emphasized “respect for all people” as something they like about Eli Lilly, yet they had absolutely none.

      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2016

      Interview

2 phone interviews with Inventiv as they use Inventiv for recruiting. They started by saying it was for a certain territory and then completely changed the territory. The change in territory completely changed the candidates for the position. Inventiv was very difficult to work with and they are not coordinated at all.
