First, we did a pre-screening online interview through Microsoft Teams. My interviewer asked me the basics like Why Eli Lilly? Why Sales? He was very friendly and enthusiastic about the company. My second interview was with two district managers who were also very friendly and chatty. They asked mainly behavioral type questions. I had a lot of fun with the interview process.

The interview process was very organized and thoroughly communicated given the COIVD19 conditions that required strictly remote communication platforms. The preparation for the interview went well and I think I received everything I needed. The managers I spoke with were very nice and seemed very engaged in the interview unlike any other interview I had experienced before.
