I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Personality test first, if you don't pass, you can't re apply for 6 months. Want tot make sure you are a true sales person I think. Then phone screen to make sure you can communicate and don't seem crazy. Then 1 face to face with 2 managers, STAR format, experiences, just chatting, very comfortable. Dress conservative, make them enjoy spending time with you. Patient focus is KEY, team work is also key, and work/life balance. After interview, had a few phone conversations with hiring manager to get to know me a little better on a personal level.

Question 1
What areas can you improve on in your current position?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2025
Interview
This was one of the hardest interview processes I have ever gone through. There are many rounds to the interview, and they use the “STAR” process (you can look this up). If you are interviewing for this company, it’s imperative to study this process so you know how to answer questions correctly. I made it through to the final round of interviews (it was between myself and one other person). In the end, they went with someone more familiar with the territory.

They fly you out and cover your travel expenses and stay through reimbursement. There’s generally two managers playing good cop bad cop. Overall a good interview process and very standard scenarios questions.
