I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Apr 2010
Interview
This was my first interview for a pharmaceutical sales position. I had done my research and successfully prepared for the phone interview. It was very question-answer, without need for a close and 3 hours later I was asked for an official application used for a background check. Then, 10 days later I was contacted for a panel interview. There was a DM, Hiring Manager, and HR person. It was not structured and very much an open forum. This made it difficult to answer in STARS and I think they had already found someone who had more experience. Overall it was good practice.

All the team members displayed a highly professional attitude. The process was quite fast-paced and demanding, but at the same time it was very rewarding to be able to speak to so many highly skilled professionals.
