I have worked at Lilly for over 14 years as a contractor in various roles (Clinical Research, IT Quality CAPA coordinator, Documentation Specialist and Regulatory Intelligence Specialist). I have applied to over 200 full time positions with them that I qualify for and have only received 2 interviews. I even had a referral letter for one of the positions from a Lilly Director. Something seems to be missing in the hiring process when Im good enough to work for them for 14 years as a contractor but not as a permanent employee. Possibly age discrimination as I have the required degree and the experience for these positions I apply for.
