It took 11 days from the time I applied to the time a Lilly personnel contacted for initial phone screen. The interview process was typical. Interview personnel included Sr Directors, VPs and HR personnel. Really nice, laid back people with decent questions. Entire process from application through rejection of my candidacy took about 4 weeks. The group that interviewed was professional. However, I would have appreciated they told me why I was not selected.
