I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Carolina, PR) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online when my campus counselor posted a job offering through the department's bulletin board in April. The interview took place in July and the start date was in August which I thought was a little rushed but the interview itself was incredibly fun. The format was two on one; one of them was from HR and she handled the behavioral questions, and the other was the manager of the area I was applying for and he handled the job specific questions. In the question part of the interview I was granted the privilege of knowing what projects I would be working on if I chose to work for Lilly and that actually made the difference when deciding between offers.

I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Bengaluru) in May 2026
Interview
It was good and organised. Everything was smooth. I got the results in a day for all the rounds. The recruiter kept in touch and gave me updates daily. I went up to two rounds, one was just an HR round asking me about my resume was just for 15 minutes and then another was a proper interview with 2 technical people asking purely technical questions about machine learning and literature related to it.
