I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Feb 2011
Interview
Applied on-line, was called for phone interview, did well, and was approved for face-to-face. Traveled out of town and overnight. There were many people interviewing over a period of 2-3 days. Unfortunately, I'm a Southern belle and my panel was two gents from NYC! I wouldn't change a thing about how I answered the questions, however. The interview questions were the regular behavior-based questions. Don't forget to ask for the job and do get business cards (which I neglected to do). I did ask for feedback and offered a copy of my brag book, but they said they weren't allowed to say anything or accept the book. The group was told a specific timeframe during which we would know if we would receive an offer or not. It has been four weeks since the interview and I have still not received my expense reimbursement nor notification either way.

All the team members displayed a highly professional attitude. The process was quite fast-paced and demanding, but at the same time it was very rewarding to be able to speak to so many highly skilled professionals.
