      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Houston, TX)

      Interview

I applied online and had to pass an online personality type test first. Once I passed this I was notified by email to set up a phone screen with an outside company. The phone screen was great and actually very beneficial. A few days after phone screen they emailed to let me know that I was selected for a face to face interview and the location. The interview was very formal and typical "describe a time" type questions. I was called 3 days later and they told me that they selected another candidate. The entire process was really great, they seemed like a great company.

      Interview

A grueling interview process featuring multiple rounds of rigorous technical assessments, problem-solving tasks, and panel interviews, designed to thoroughly evaluate candidates' skills, adaptability, and cultural fit. It requires exceptional preparation, resilience, and the ability to excel under pressure.
