Applied through college job board, was notified about an interview less than a week later. One week later I had the first round phone interview, which was just standard resume questions, why do you want to work here, etc. I guess my suggestion here would be that you should try to make yourself stand out with really creative answers, not just the standard "I'm a team player" etc. Was notified the next week that I didn't make it to the second round, which ended up being okay with me as I didn't really want to have to move to Indianapolis for 10 weeks.

The interview was okay but the work location was a challenge. I had to decline the offer. I was offered to work remotely for 2 days a week but it a challenge to commute.

They make you do a specific STAR interview and if you do not answer in that format do not expect to get the job. They are super nice and it is clear they are just trying to find people that want to genuinely work there and contribute to a wonderful team.
