Interview

Basic interview with about me questions and applicable experience. It was friendly and open with an allowance to ask management questions. The owner was present in my interview but I’ve heard he’s not present for all interviews. It is a family owned and operated company.

The people cared about what I had to say and answered my questions efficiently. There was a good amount of casual and professional talk. I was comfortable and they were confident in my answers

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elite Pro Painting (Avon, IN) in Jan 2020

Interview

Two of the three guys who interviewed me were full of themselves and acted as if they walked on water. Those two were the ones I would report to. It was not a good environment to be around. The negativity rolled into my personal life so bad I had to find another employer.
