This company has to be some sort of scam or the people hired must really hate their life because How could someone subject themselves to the mental torture to hear the owner for 33 minutes talking like he found the cure to cancer and he does the most difficult job in the world. Breaking news: they do process automation I could name at least 100 companies that do the same and don't have to deal with the rudest person you'll ever see in your life.
I am writing this because the rejection email is outrageously rude. Actually please blacklist me right now, I can't believe anyone would seriously consider this company as a serious employer.

Initial interview with CEO, then a test assessment. They ask for NDA to be signed before the test assessment, which is weird. Test assessment is part of their work - they use QA candidates to do the job for them, basically. Test assessment itself is also of low quality (it's a set of requirements and it looks like they were written by someone, who barely knows how to make a sentence) and the description of the task is misleading - they ask for "deep insight" and "systemic approach", but they expect a list of test cases they can use for free. Don't waste your time with them, they have zero QA engineers who associate themselves with the company on LinkedIn
